We make everything from scratch, including all of our pasta by hand, and use only the best ingredients we can find.
Our single serve garlic bread can be ordered traditional or laced with Nduja
Our starter choices are simple but delicious ...
One large ravioli, spinach and ricotta surrounding a rich egg yolk that will ooze when you cut it open, topped with pangrattata, parmesan, a butter sauce and fresh herbs,
or
Seared beef fillet carpaccio, with a dresssed rocket salad, shaved parmesan, and horseradish cream.
The Pasta Course ....
Our pasta dishes are main course sized portions.
We have included lots of our favourites which are all really quick and easy to finish off at home.
Most are filled pastas (ravioli / tortelloni) but you can also opt for handkerchief pasta (a folded square, see photos below) with any of the sauces listed in the filled pasta section. Or a fluffy cloudlie gnocchi dish laced with buffalo Mozzarella.
We will provide you with full instructions, and as always, will have everything beautifully boxed and ready for you to collect.
The desserts are very easy to assemble/plate at home.
