SK Beef Wellington
We hand make our wellingtons to order, so they are the perfect size for your party.
Our smallest Wellingtons are for 2 people and our largest are for 7. But you are welcome to order more than one if you are feeding more than 7 people.
They are made with the best centre cut Aberdeen Angus fillet we can find and our portion sizes are extremely generous, c. 240g of beef fillet per person.
The fillet is seared, wrapped in a mushroom duxelle, Parma ham, a spinach and basil pancake and encased in puff pastry.
Our Beef Wellingtons are £33 per person and come with Pommes Anna Potatoes and and rich Madeira Sauce. All you will need to buy are vegetables of your choice.
You can cook your Wellington up to 48 hours from collection
As always, we will give you full cooking instructions and a guide on cooking times but we strongly recommend you use a meat thermometer to make sure it is cooked to your preference.
