SADIE'S KITCHEN – MIDWEEK SUPPERS
By placing an order with Sadie's Kitchen, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
ORDERS
All Midweek Suppers are prepared to order and must be pre-ordered in advance. Orders close at 12 noon on the advertised order deadline unless sold out earlier.
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible as ingredients are purchased, and dishes prepared specifically for customer orders.
COLLECTION
Collections must be made during the advertised collection times. Customers are responsible for collecting their order promptly. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
FOOD STORAGE AND SAFETY
All food should be refrigerated promptly after collection unless otherwise stated. Cooking, storage and reheating instructions supplied with each dish should be followed carefully.
Sadie's Kitchen cannot accept responsibility for food that has not been stored, handled or cooked in accordance with the instructions provided.
ALLERGENS
Whilst allergen information is provided for each dish, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all 14 recognised allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergen cross-contamination.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order.
MENU CHANGES
Occasionally ingredients may become unavailable due to supplier shortages or seasonal availability.
Sadie's Kitchen reserves the right to make minor substitutions where necessary. Any substitutions will be of equivalent quality and value.
COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you are dissatisfied with any dish, please contact Sadie's Kitchen within 24 hours of collection.
Refunds or replacements are offered at Sadie's Kitchen's discretion where a product is deemed faulty or not as described. To enable us to investigate any issue properly, we may ask that the product (or any remaining portion of it) is returned to us for inspection before any refund, replacement or other remedy is considered.
Unfortunately, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement where the product has been fully consumed or disposed of before we have had an opportunity to assess the issue.
No refunds can be offered for customer change of mind after collection. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sadie's Kitchen's liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
WEBSITE
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. Sadie's Kitchen reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information without prior notice.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, photographs, recipes, branding, logos and text displayed on this website remain the property of Sadie's Kitchen unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.
GENERAL
Sadie's Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders where necessary.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without notice.
